9th LAVERDA FREUNDE ÖSTERREICH rally, 30th August 2014, Maria Schutz/Semmering

Despite miserable rainy weather 15 LAVERDA riders managed to show up at our rally at Maria Schutz at the foot of the Semmering. The brave ones were: Andreas Braito on his black 1000 SH, Hans Burger with his new love, a red 1200 SC, Blaz Dovzan and Simon Porenta from Slovenia, both on their red 500 S, Karl Durstberger with his original 1200, Andreas Hofinger-Horvath on the hereabouts very rare 750 GT, Robert Hirschegger on his orange "family-transport" 1000 3C, Peter Kowatsch on the orange 1000 3CL, Hannes Micheler with the silver 1000 3CL, Robert Schlachter with his orange 1200 SC racer, Gert Schnoegl with the white 1200 SC, Alfred Wais with his faithful 750 SF, Sabine and Reinhold Weinert from Germany on a wonderfully modified 1000 RGA and a Zanè 668 and Tom Wintersteller on his red 1000 3C.

During our nightly expert-talks at the local inn "Zum Auerhahn" we were visited and assisted by several other LAVERDA friends and by members of "Akustik Italiana". We are already looking forward to celebrating our 10th anniversary in 2015!
