39th SEIBERER HILL-CLIMB - 19/4/2026 in Weißenkirchen/Lower Austria

This year, the 39th Seiberer Hill-climb saw 280 riders in 17 different classes. Amongst them, Andreas Bachtrögler and Gert Schnögl both on LAVERDA 1000 3CL and Thomas Kollingbaum on his JZR Threewheeler with GUZZI engine. The first heat was started at 10 am in full sunshine. At lunchtime however it started to rain, so the second heat had to be performed on wet tarmac.
Unfortunately none of us scored a trophy.
Nonetheless we were extremely pleased that Richard Schulze, 1977 state-champion on Sulzbacher LAVERDA 1200S and Helmut Strasser, the original owner of Gert's LAVERDA 1000 3CL, paid us a visit. A video from the start:
